Puppy Purchase Agreement 

My fur babies comes with contract and 1 year health guarantee. I do take deposits for those who want to have the pick of the litter which I highly recommend to hold the puppy until they’re ready to go at 10 weeks of age. Some of my puppies will go at 14 to 16 weeks of age, all depends on the size of the puppy. The deposit is $500-$800 it’s just to ensure you have a hold on your choice of pup. I do have a deposit contract as well to ensure each party. The prices for my puppies vary depending on size, color, pet, breeding and registrations.

We care about our pets if a puppy is born with an abnormality that is life threatening due to a genetic defect and we don’t detect it, you will have 72 hours – 3 days in which to get the baby check by your own vet, otherwise guarantee is void, so please make sure to take your new fur baby to the vet for first check up.

This does not include hypoglycemia, worms, adult size/weight, conformation, reproductive ability, breeding quality, testicles descending, potty training, erect ears, improper bite, hernias, temperament, giardia or coccidian. This guarantee covers hereditary disease for One Year! This guarantee is for replacement only. My puppies go to their new homes as pets only with or without registration paper. With a written statement from your vet stating the problem, bring your puppy back and we will give you the next available litter of the breeder choice due to equal value (these apply within 1 year of puppy life).
If you are ready to purchase the puppy of your dreams and we have spoken please call me, to place the deposit I take cash and mayor credit cards via PayPal, I also take Wester Union. Without a deposit I cannot guarantee puppy will be available.

Remember I can’t hold any puppy without a $500/$800 non-refundable deposit. I’m really sorry these are my policies no exceptions!
